Paul Pfeiffer is a very observant and organized. I found myself highly intersected in Pfeiffer work because I myself am an athlete, and I love everything that has to do with playing and watching sports. In his work he expresses how not only is the game itself is a performance but also everything else around it. The conceptual idea that the fans perspective of the game is also dependent on the other factors that apply, such as, the band, food and concessions, the other fans around you cheering. This all plays a part in the entire experience of the sport. Pfeiffer doesn’t only talk about these factors though he also shares the ideas about how important even the stadium can contribute to the experience.
